China Grill Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've been coming here for over 10 years and went there today and used the little cards they give out that say after 10 entrees the next one is free...after I got my two item entree I told the lady ringing me up I wanted to use my cards for this entree...she counted the cards and checked the expiration date on all of them and then barked at me NEXT TIME I THROW THEM AWAY ALL STAMPS HAVE TO BE ON ONE CARD...OKAY NEXT TIME I THROW THEM AWAY... It was blown away first of all no wear on the card does it say all stamps have to be on one card and if that was the case why did she count them all first and tell me that? You figure she wouldn't even count them and tell me that...I was shocked since I go there all the time....it felt like it killed her to give away free food ..F this place...Zero Customer Service...Hello...

Eh not impressed with the flavor. Sorry China Grill I really do try to give the best reviews. The noddles and egg rolls were ok but your orange and bbq chicken did not have much flavor nor was it pleasant after the first few bites. Unfortunately it did not taste fresh, the orange chicken was overly crunchy. Maybe if the entrees were freshly prepared, it might’ve tasted better?? Utensils were present which was great because they tie the bag tight after it’s packed. Couple sauces were in the bag but even after adding them, it didn’t help the flavor or freshness issue. Not the best Chinese option. Based on first time ordering, not great. Two stars for the staff being friendly, the noddles being ok, and pricing for 3 plates & egg rolls. This was a picked up order so it’s a combo of two reviews. Looked better than...

Great find for fresh quality fast food Chinese. I called to ask about the menu ahead. I was so grateful to be greeted by a upbeat upbeat woman who is who gladly and helpfully police read me off all the dishes that they were serving fresh. That is a way to win customers. She didn't make me feel like a nuisance and she was happy to help. I ordered a 3 dish combo and it was delicious I have to say their display of food looks amazing as well and there are many dishes to offer. What was extra terrific was that there chalmaine wasn't made with cheesy cheap small noodles it was the thick Chowmain noodles. Food was great. Generous portions and delicious. I recommend and I...
