Really bad doctor!!!
Dr. Ghalili when my husband went to your clinic on 02/05/2024 he had you as his primary doctor. He was told by your office he didn't show up on the system. He had the plan card with him and show to your office. He told you guys to check on the Blue Shield Portal. You guys didn't want to check on Blue Shield Portal. We made several calls and they told us on their system everything was good, and they didn't understand what was going on. Blue Shield made your office calls on 02/05/2024 to confirm my husband's eligibility but your office never answered. They also send your office the eligibility form on 02/05/2024. He was in so much pain that he didn't want to argue that he paid 100 dollars for the consultation.
He did ask you to fill out the EDD form since you're his primary doctor. He doesn't have any other doctors that they can fill out the form. He doesn't have any income right now and we are just in my income.
We explain to you that the doctor who signed the EDD form closed the clinic sadly. He asked you if you could please refer him to the spine doctor. You also said no. You told him he's having pain in his back cause of his weight. I won't argue that is affecting it as well. He has several back fractions. He had a car accident in which he almost died. He was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. The several fractions are not something that I'm making up are what the CT Scan and X-rays show besides several more things.
You were very rude and said that is not your problem. We were not asking you to do something illegal. You could at least order a CT scan or X-rays to confirm his condition. Once you have seen the results you could have decided to fill out the EDD form or not. The spine doctor told him he couldn't go back to work right now because it was not safe for him. The spine doctor can fill out the EDD form but he can't see the spine doctor without a referral from his primary doctor. But you also denied the referral. In a few words, he just lost time and money with you.
Thanks for the advice, that I need professional help. I also have you as my primary doctor i don't think you are capable of helping me or referring me to a professional doctor. I'm going to do both a favor and change to a doctor who can...
Read moreI typically refrain from writing reviews, but this particular experience warrants my attention, albeit not in a positive manner. Dr. Ghalili exhibited extreme rudeness upon entering our patient room, where we had been waiting patiently and greeted him with a courteous "good morning." My father, who suffers from cirrhosis of the liver, required a primary doctor to sign off on his disability paperwork. Dr. Ghalili abruptly stated, "I don’t do physical paperwork, and no doctor does physical paperwork." This was later contradicted by a kind and accommodating doctor who did indeed sign the necessary documents.
During our interaction, Dr. Ghalili snatched my sister’s orange juice from her hands, nearly dropping my father’s paperwork, and remarked, “Should you be drinking this?” He entirely disregarded our concerns about our father’s condition and our mental well-being, given our father’s hospitalization. Furthermore, he scribbled all over our documents as if they were insignificant. Dr. Ghalili diagnosed my father with diabetes, a diagnosis that was later refuted by an examination at Dignity Health Hospital.
I strongly advise against considering this clinic. It is highly unprofessional, and the building itself does not adhere to construction codes, with extension cords hanging out of the drywall as outlet boxes. As a member of the South Central Latino community, I implore you to avoid this establishment.
Read moreExceptional doctor and great staff. We are so grateful to have the Ghalili family doctors as our primary care physicians for more than 30 years. Dr. Steven is a straight forward doctor. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He gives us peace of mind when we have questions about our aging father with dementia. We appreciate the medical care he has given my elderly father, (my mother until her passing), and myself throughout the years. The staff is super sweet. I continously refer family and friends to this clinic for walk in visits. The wait time is worth it. They always thank me for the referral rather than having to wait for an appointment from their primary care physician that takes months to be seen. Please understand the overwhelming number of patients that need medical attention and the staff that shows up to open the doors even when they aren't feeling well themselves. They do their best to help the people in our community and do...
