Target — Attraction in Los Angeles

I don’t know what the deal is this year but this location is constantly out of no where missing expiration dates on food like the sausage links or completely expired food still sitting on the shelves being sold on top of holes in meat packages i didn’t notice at the time or their potato salad not being sealed correctly with the plastic where I’ve had to throw away food because of this. I have pointed things out to employees there probably 5xs now about the same issues and I can tell they really don’t care. One girl working self check out just said ok, didn’t even ask for the brand name expired and said she’d tell her manager while eye rolling the same time lol. I’m at the point where I’m just going to start taking photos of the constant expired stuff and food not tagged with expiration if it continues because I don’t care what big company you are…… get it together and hold your employees and managers more responsible for making sure products being sold are safe so your consumers aren’t continually losing money on your products or getting sick from them. This Target is convenient for me, and though others complain about the street vendors, I say the opposite: The reason I shop here is because Angel's Tijuana Tacos has food out in front, and they get five stars for their food and service. Otherwise, I probably would never shop here. Lol They are very poorly managed at this store. They never answer the phone, and even as a smaller store with fewer items, they fail to keep the store stocked regularly with items that they usually carry. Someone said expect to get 40% of your shopping list. Yes. Sometimes the shelves are empty. I don't know what they are doing. The cashiers are nice and the people who work there are pleasant and professional, otherwise I would give them one star. It's strange, because it's a management issue, and one that not only lets the customers down, but also loses their own company massive amounts of sales. You can do so...

This is the second time in a row I feel the staff are incompetent and unable to provide sincere customer care. I was shocked the leading manager on duty (LOD Rosie) not only was unable to listen to my complaint but proceeded to lecture me on how sales items "sell out" and it was not necessary for them to take such sold out items off the sales floor. Her tone was condescending and impolite. She offered an alternative method of ordering the item online but did not offer a sincere attempt to assist with such process. When I explained the item was found online but for a higher price she corrected me, stating the price online would be the same sale prices as in store (which was not the case).
