Triangle Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

When you pay with debit card they ask you for your PIN number!! WTH. She asked for cash at first but I said I only have my debit. She asked me for five dollar deposit and I gave her five dollars cash because that’s what I had in my wallet.When I told her I did not want to give her my PIN she open the door and let me in so I can put the PIN in myself. I thought the machine said remove card so I took it out, it ended up being a mistake because the transaction was canceled so she had to call her husband. He was rude to me and said you paid me cash. I said no I’m sorry but thank you and walked away and drove off Upset thinking how rude of him to say that.I went back for my five dollars And the lady was trying to be nice to me and said you can pay debit it’s OK. Then I saw her husband in the background and I said can I talk to him. She called him and he came and I asked him why can I not pay with my debit. He said you paid me cash. I said I don’t have that amount of cash on me I only have debit, it says here on your window that you except debit card, why can you not accept my debit? He said you cannot come in the door I need your pin number. Then he showed me receipts of other people through the window and he said see other people have no problem, you give me a pin number.I said oh you are mad because I came in the door? He said yes you cannot come in here. I told him that she let me in so that I can put my debit pin in the machine myself because I cannot give you my pin number, It’s against the law. Oh no. This place is Ugly. Get another place because this place won't even let you get decent sleep. People yelling, F you! And kicking the walls at 3am. Literally kicking the walls on the other side of your bed. The room was not even well cleaned. The mirrors had huge hand prints. Some of the walls were even deteriorated. The place has dirty sheets, blankets, but the worst has to be the towels. The towels there still were Dirty black stains and not washed well or not washed at all. Was awaken by a youngster trying to pry open the screen on my room window. I knocked and he said he was sorry. I called the desk and met the manager outside. He said "dont worry". They never mentioned the incident at check out and asked if we wanted to stay another night. New managment needs improvement.
