Monster Tacos — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The burrito was not great, it was basically all meat. The meat was okay and not amazing, hardly any beans or rice. Staying consistent is a huge thing, it means wether it's my first time or someone who's a die hard fan. The food needs to be portioned out correctly each time. Equal parts rice beans and meat. This particular taco truck does not have a set up where i can take my own salsa or cilantro. I was disappointed by the Togo portions of the salsa. I paid extra for chips that did not come with salsa, and i had to ask for more. This taco truck also uses delivery platforms. So if you walk up and order expect to wait longer. I would had given them more stars because there food good but just because they have gloves it doesn't mean that everything they are handling is clean, he's touching everything around , money , credit cards ( still dirty ) , tidying the bags and then he goes to cook using same gloves. I'm sorry but that's not clean 😔 , unfortunately this probably the culture for food trucks, witch sad, cause I've seen similar situations with other food trucks and I don't understand why the CDC hasn't been on top of this ... After a long day of finals at school nothing else to eat that is open I Got some nachos. They we pretty mid af , i got charged for sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes which are bare minimum that are supposed to go on asada nachos!
