There food is good there's doubt about it. My issue is that they should have prices on the wall or menu somewhere because each time i stop by to buy dinner and i always get their combo. I always order the same 1 item combo and with the same 1 item combo i get charge different prices defending on who's helping me. There are times i get charge $8 sometimes $7 and sometimes $6. Even the breakfast tapa... i ordered it on Tuesday and i was charged $7 then last night i paid $8 confusing right? So what's the correct pricing of your combos?

I buy and try dinuguan at Lutong Bahay at Panorama/Roscoe My dinuguan become half there’s a lot of Jalapeños and their dinuguan was so sweet 🥲 🤮 and the pork barbecue was so tough to eat and the Beef Caldereta was to sweet too Instead of little spicy should caldereta beef is!!! And it’s kinda expensive dinuguan cost $12 for medium and the Caldereta is $14 for medium size

This Filipino Grocery/Turo-turo store is the best. Most if not all of their dishes are on point! Everything we tasted from Dinuguan , Munggo and Guinataang puso ng saging with shrimp are to die for. They also have a good variety of desserts. Will definitely come back to try the Binagoongan. Usually packed and the line is long but worth the wait.

Food was good enough but for the price it's too much! The server who package the food for us was like so had this demeanor of misery. It was trying to conversate and get a smile out of her was like going to kill her. She's supposed to be the one whose supposed to make our experience pleasant so even if the product was pricey, we would still come back because of the great and unforgettable service and encounter we had with the server! I really liked the food but it was too pricey and if that's the kind of welcome we'll get from the servers then, " THEN IT IS NOT WORTH COMING BACK!!!" The only pleasantry we received was from the young lady who was the cashier. She changed our unpleasant experience and we left smiling because she knows how to reciprocate. We were playing around with her and we got a smile and laugh out of her. That's how you are supposed to be with your customers, despite how you're feeling. You need more of her serving the food! I wished I remembered everyone's name. Anyway we're done...

We recently dined at Lutong Bahay restaurant, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The cashier, who had short hair and whose gender I’m unsure of if he’s a guy or a lady, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were not only unpleasant to customers but also scolded the serving staff in front of us, which was very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, we were overcharged twice on our orders. When I pointed it out, the cashier insisted that the receipt was correct, even though it was clearly their mistake. Thankfully, they did refund us after some back and forth, but the whole situation was frustrating.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to...
