We went here on 5/20/2024 to have fun and celebrate my mom’s birthday. We ordered our food from the Mediterranean and the ramen places (which were actually good). With us we’re my daughter, nieces and nephew (4 kids ages 4-5) who were playing in the area in the middle of the complex where there is fake grass, fire place and a tower with different sized spheres suspended from the bottom of the tower to the top. There were unsecured spheres on the ground that the kids started to play with. Mind you, these were unsecured objects and was just on the ground. There was this security woman named “Bessy” who told my sister-in-law “This is not a park, are you watching your kids?”. This lady did not give any warning and just suddenly went up to the kids and aggressively scolded my sister-in-law. She then called someone on the phone perhaps security or her manager, and started pointing at us. . All the kids went back to our table and we went to her and ask what’s going on. I confronted this Bessy and she continues to have a condescending tone to her voice. She said that she had been monitoring the kids on the security cameras. She was talking on the phone with her manager, I asked to talk to her manager which I did. My issue is that this was supposed to be a place to have fun at. The kids clearly were just playing and the spheres on the ground were unsecured. If they are concerned about that then they should have foreseen that there will be kids playing in that area and secure those big spheres or put a big sign saying that kids are not allowed. My issue really is that this security lady was rude, did not give any warning and just started calling someone to report us. She clearly has no training with customer service. We were paying customers and we were not there just to loiter, vandal or wreck havoc. It was supposed to be a night to celebrate my mom’s 68th birthday with her grandkids and the security and management of this place ruined it. The kids were traumatized and were crying. I WILL NOT come back to this place. I will take my business somewhere else. I hope owners and higher ups see this and take this seriously. Take action please. Train your employees with people’s skills, customer service and common courtesy. I will file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. I know I’m just one person but this experience is horrible. When my family and kids get emotionally hurt like this, I take it personally. I urge anyone who reads this to reconsider coming to this place. Especially if you have little kids then don’t come here. 1 star out of 5(ESSY). picture...

Read moreLet me share a story about an yellow angel. I was alone in The Enclave with my problems. I was sitting alone at a desk in the shadow of the building, drinking coffee. A man in a yellow shirt, who I assumed was a building official, was collecting trash and cleaning the tables after customers had used them. He greeted me as he passed by me. He was a very enthusiastic and brisk worker, and I told him thank you for your great work. He told me that the seat I was sitting at was a great place, quiet and cozy, he recommended. He then said that when he sees people relaxing and enjoying themselves at The Enclave, he knows that his work is great and rewarded. We then spoke briefly and I left the place. It was a short conversation, but I was taught something important.
I never thought my work would be rewarded by seeing happy people. I was just jealous and angry.
Thank you, yellow angel. I wish I could...
