Therapy Lounge Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

I don't recommend this place. They take forever, do not forward your calls. We were assigned a therapist for video calls, she was not friendly, not enthusiastic, it seemed like she was just reading off a "book" and not really interacting with my kids, it felt like she was stuck with this job and not even trying to make her session fun for a young kid. I missed one therapy due to illness, I called the center no one ever called me back, then she didn't showed up for the next therapy and now I got a message saying they terminated our therapy. I will be reporting this to my insurance. I tried calling them but again no...
