This Walmart is always out of everything. The staff is rude and never want to help anyone. They are more concerned about getting you out the store then customer service. Their prices have skyrocketed and quality and portions have shrunk. Plus this store is a huge mess. It's a smaller store so they don't have a bakery and they don't have very many groceries. No meat or fruits no veg. They close all of their depts way early and block every isle as it gets closer to closing. Plus they have loss prevention people follow you around the store even children. One of my biggest complaints is they have the plus dept full of clothes. They are overflowing with new and expensive items in two or three huge sections of the store but there is never anyone shopping in those sections. My guess is the person who orders for this store wears plus sizes and buys up a ton of their own sized items and because no one buys them they go on clearance and then the buyer gets all of these great clothes to buy at rock bottom pricing. While the juniors dept is depleted and always picked over and expensive. No merchandise to choose from and no clearance items. All the clearance is plus items. A terribly run store. Staff is lazy and unfriendly. I hate this Walmart. If you can go to a better Walmart elsewhere. The garden dept sucks and so does most others. We have slowly seen all of the good things leave Walmart stores. First the hours were cut way back, then the merchandise has been butchered to almost nothing. Prices have gone super high. No mirrors in bathrooms and usually the soap doesn't have anything in it. The water to wash your hands never comes on and they are out of toilet paper and towels. Their other departments close way to early and they don't have what you need. The store bags are almost too small for anything to fit in them and they removed all of the vending machines so there are no more sodas for cheap in this location. They just want you to leave the store so they can go home but they still want to check your receipt. Which is illegal. They cannot ask for your receipt when you are leaving and you don't have to show it to them. Next time start to complain very loudly and see what happens. Tell them you are going to call and report them for violating everyone civil rights and see if they try to smooth it over with a gift card. I know of a guy who works for customs and when he complained they gave him a hundred dollar gift card. Walmart, shame on the managers at this location. Your a disgrace to customer service and to goodness everywhere. They need to find a bigger location and build a bigger and much better Walmart and start over with a brand new store and all new staff. The exception here is some of the cashier's are really very nice but the rest are horrible. This store has gotten worse every year that I go here it has gone down in service. But prices keep going up and up. This chain of stores is not the Walmart we used to know and love. I miss those days when Walmart made you feel good to be a customer there. When you could use the restroom and check your hair and makeup. When the store was open 24hours if your baby needed diapers... When they had the most wonderful bakery that sold fantastic bread for a dollar a loaf and it was as gourmet as you could get. The cakes slices were delicious and cheap every day. When the stores were packed with fabulous merchandise and at affordable prices. When I could get a soda out front for .50cents. when...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This review is based on my experience at the automotive department this past Sunday March 23rd, 2025. I had an appointment for 6pm after purchasing a $368 after taxes tire. I had scheduled an installation and placed the order 5 days ahead. When I got there at 5:35ish I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I even have text messages from Walmart reminding me of my appointment. I asked for the manager on the department and turns out the person who was being rude and refusing to serve me was the manager. His name is “WILL” He said I did not have an appointment, which I replied asking if I was a liar then ? He sarcastically said no. And said he was leaving at 6, I said we are wasting more time discussing if I have an appointment or not, than what it will take you for you to install my tire. I said it will probably take you only 10mins to install it, he replied saying it doesn’t take me 10 mins to install the tire on your car and turn his back away and left. He did not care to see the customer already on site, did bot even apologize for such inconvenience, did not even care it was late already for me to go somewhere else to find who could install me a tire. Did not think about a customers safety or even pretended to. This is not the type of customer service expected for such a big company like Walmart. I had worked in the customer service industry too, and I would never let a customer leave disappointed or even try to argue with them. If a customer makes it into my facility before I lock the doors, that customer is getting whatever they came for. On top of that I did not purchase a $5 item, regardless of the price everyone deserves a decent customer service. I would never come back to Walmart again, because everything that you hear online and in other reviews is true. They don’t train their employees to appreciate customers and to realize that thanks to our business they also get paid and have a job. I am very disappointed. I am attaching pictures of my purchase along with a screenshot of my appointment reminders before I was...
Read moreI recently visited this Walmart location and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. The store was noticeably busy, which is understandable, but the customer service and stock quality left a lot to be desired.
First, the selection for little girls’ clothing was very limited compared to other Walmart locations I’ve shopped at. I was surprised by how little was available, especially given the size and traffic of this store.
More concerning, however, was the customer service. My son asked a store associate in the men's section—an older Filipino woman—for help finding Dickies clothing. Instead of assisting him, she looked him up and down and told him he wouldn’t fit in those sizes. She then continued folding clothes without offering any actual help. I later approached her myself and received a similarly rude response. She pointed us to the aisle and told me the items were “only for men” and “would not fit” my son. I want to note that I am also a Filipino woman, and I observed a noticeable difference in how she treated customers of other ethnicities—her tone and attitude were much more pleasant when helping them.
At checkout, another issue arose: the cashier scanned each item slowly and forgot to remove a security tag. Strangely, it didn’t set off any alarms when we exited. We had to return to the store to get it removed, but ultimately decided to return the item and pick something else. On our second trip to checkout, we noticed the customers ahead of us attempting to hide merchandise under a stroller. Although the cashier noticed and tried to get the attention of the employees checking receipts, they were too distracted chatting to respond.
Overall, the store was poorly stocked and lacked many items I can usually find at other locations or online. Between the limited selection, unprofessional customer service, and disorganized checkout process, I would hesitate to return to this location...
