I purchased the Wyndham Collection Miranda 30” Dark Blue Single Vanity with White Carrara Marble Top, Square Sink, Gold Trim, and 24” Mirror over three years ago—and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied ever since. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials have stood the test of time.
Just last week, I encountered a small issue with the unit. I contacted client services and was pleasantly surprised to speak with a real human—someone who listened attentively and asked me to send photos of the issue along with a copy of the invoice. Within an hour, I received a reply. Although my warranty had expired 15 months ago, the team informed me that management had approved sending me a replacement part, free of charge.
I’m truly impressed—not only by the durability and elegance of the product but by the level of customer care. Wyndham Collection clearly stands behind their products and doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for their customers.

Bought a beautiful "looking" 2 sink vanity. This was NOT cheap. Within 90 days of it being installed, cleaning it with (non ammonia Windex), it left a CLEAR residue/shadow stain. When called I was told I WAS TO SEAL IT BEFORE IT WAS USED and then EVERY 6 MONTHS!!!! Who has ever done that when it's brand new? They would take no accountability. They clearly hide behind the loopholes in the fine print. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ these other reviews before I bought this. Simply said . . Our focus point in the bathroom is ruined. PLEASE don't buy from them. The tops look stunning until you use it. Such a shame they wouldn't try and work with me VS standing on the "It's not our fault" side. See photos and zoom in. We'll have to accept and live with this every time we use the sink . . . FOREVER unless we can see if someone can fix it AND THEN WE have to pay to have it fixed. We're stuck now. You are not. Read moreI just had the BEST customer service from Wyndham! I especially love it when a company is willing to fix a mistake I made. I sent an e-mail to Wyndham asking if I could purchase one vanity cabinet handle. I ordered the wrong handles with the original Wyndham vanity so I decided to use those on a vanity in our other bathroom but I was one short. I received an e-mail response the same day and was asked for my phone number so a representative could follow-up with me. I received a phone call the next day and was told a handle would be sent to me shortly. After trying to match and replace the handle myself with no luck, I really thought it would be a waste of time to reach out to the company directly. I was so wrong!
