Don’t purchase from here, these people should be shut down! Please go to best buy or somewhere else. I found a listing for a New Sony A80j 77in for 1,200 from this company, so I reached out via Facebook marketplace and they sent over the information for their business. I chose this TV because I purchased 2 of these for my old apartment prior to moving to Los Angeles. On 12/23/24 I drove 48 minutes to the place to purchase the tv. They had other models of tvs in their showroom but not the model I was purchasing. I bought the tv and they requested that I pay via Zelle, so I did that. I was given a receipt and they also gave me free shipping, which they said was a promotion that ended tomorrow. The delivery was set for 12/24/24 between 4-7. The Tv arrived around 5:30 on 12/24/24. I was pretty happy at this point because I was trying to have a tv for my family to watch while they’re in town for the holidays. I setup my tv stand, then called a friend over to help me setup the tv because you need 2 people to lift this tv. We set it down, plugged it in, pushed power on and nothing happened. My excitement quickly turned to confusion. I was already a little confused because 1st the box said A80L and had stickers covering up the model and the tv was advertised as new but not only did I not have any plastic to peel off but I noticed minor scratches and the back of the casing had a huge bulge in the back. The tv light flashed red 5 times and I googled what that meant, It said that means circuit malfunction. So I immediately called and messaged on Facebook but didn’t get a response. The day after Christmas I followed back up and told them what happened. Their initial response was,” It should be working I checked it before it left our shop.” I thought why do you even need to check a brand new tv? They then offered to replace it with another model tv but all of the options were mini led and not oled 77 or higher. Afterwards he said a replacement can come from Texas. I said, “I have family in town and we need a working tv now, I need a refund I can’t wait that long” He then told me how they don’t issue refunds, and that’s why they have warranty. Magically another tv appeared in stock and could be delivered the next day. I get a message the next day saying it can’t be delivered because of rain and they only have a flat bed truck. So then he said he just rescheduled for tomorrow. I asked if they have a tarp or anything, he said he doesn’t want to risk me having another broken tv. Then said, "I waited this long already." I felt as if that comment was very inconsiderate. I said, I’ll rent a box truck and just come there. He then said our warehouse is in Valencia and nobody is there. I said can someone go there now then? He said our delivery driver is gone for the day but I’ll call him. I’m a very observant person, and it was 11am, and the delivery window is 4-7. I didn’t get a call back after 2 hours and had to call him. He lied and said he called and left a voicemail. I informed him that denying me a refund for a defective product is illegal. They didn’t mention anything about their “all sales are final” policy until It was printed on my receipt for the transaction. This company has clear deceptive sales tactics. I’m trying to resolve the issue with this company directly but I believe I may have to get my lawyer involved. My replacement is currently scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully I have a new and working tv tomorrow, but after our last interactions I feel as if this has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. I purchase thousands of dollars worth of tech, review gear, and work directly with major companies. I've honestly never had an experience this bad before. I wish I would've went with my first mind and purchased the latest model instead of the 2022 model I previously owned. Please don't shop here!

I highly , highly recommend never, ever buying from this company. I received two different TVs that had horrible screen issues. They were boxed up relatively well. When I contacted them they wanted me to file against the shipping company. The tvs were absolutely NOT damaged during shipping. When I got the replacement tv it was even worse. These Sony tvs they are selling have manufacturing defects. I had a trusted repairman look at them to determine if they were fixable. They were not. After nine calls over a two and a half month span I STILL have never spoke to anyone that can assist. Not a single return call. Not one.  I have sent countless emails eventually getting a response that they would refund my money. 2 weeks went by and I still have not received the refund. They showed a screenshot but my bank said it wasn't legit proof. It could easily be made up. Their response via email: Its your banks delay, as soon as we have the refund in it sends it to your bank. Give it a little more time They claimed my bank maybe holding it.... Their next response: If you dont see it next week then file a dispute, but it should be there next week… They agreed I should file a dispute if the money wasnt there the following week. Guess what? It never was deposited. I called my bank and they said absolutely not! No refund has been sent. I've used this bank for 25 years and never had issues with them posting money. They suggested I file a dispute.   At this point I am also filing a police report. If they dispute ANY of this they are flat out lying. This has been without a doubt the WORST  purchasing experience I've ever had. They refuse to return calls or emails at this point. I have every email sent and the very few responses filed. Please do not buy from them. They claim to sell open box....Nope. they are cast offs that Sony can't sell because they have issues. Updated: Below they claim they have no record of me being a customer. This is also a lie. There is a picture of the receipt. They know exactly who I am. Order #2202. Its hilarious that they claim I've not done business with them. Also they are not caring like their response below portrays. They agree my experience was awful and yet omit the fact it is BECAUSE of them. I use an alias online for safety reasons smart guy. I've added some of their emails to show I'm a customer. They'll deny that as well I'm sure. Oh and they did not answer the phone as they said they would below. Also added is a picture of the email received from the better business bureau. Do yourself a favor if you want to use a small business make sure they are reputable. The Better business bureau has write ups on this store that are legit. Avoid like the plague. They have my money AND they have the returned tvs. I will update this until it is resolved. Below are pictures of 1. the two tv screens and their issues. 2.different emails over a 2 and a half months period 3. A picture of the receipt 4. A response from the BBB

UPDATE: See owner response below. Owner does not want to take responsibility that the TV was sold as Open Box and NEW*. Key word. Should be able to be refunded because the TV was definitely not new. Shady practice. Screen powers put regardless of the TV is touched or not. See video. No new TV would glitch like that. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save money here. You end up wasting money. TLDR : I am one of the unlucky people that had purchased a junk TV from here. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one. Long story short is that I was advertised as an Open Box - New tv. Look at my photos attached nad I specifially asked, "Is this a floor model or is it compltely new unused", and I got a response back that said it is a brand new TV but the box is open. Went into the store and basically the TV looked great. No scratches, all accessories in place, and it was turned on and I matched the TV serial number with the back serial number. Asked again if it was new and he said Yes - just open box. Fast forward, the TV keeps shutting down after 5-10 minutes or the whole screen becomes pixalated as shown in the picture below. At first it was only when the TV slightly moves with a touch of the hand in the back, but now it will turn off by itself (1 day after purchase). I went to Sony and they confirmed it was a refurbished TV that was recycled and was sold initially in 2023 (Not new at all). If I bought this TV knowing it was refurbished, I would take the warranty repair. However because I was sold incorrectly, I asked for a refund and the owner keeps making excuses when I keep providing him evidence. I also tried to go along with him asked to do panel refresh and stuff like "well just don't touch the TV" acting dumb that he has never seen this TV do that before. It is unprofessional, beyond childish and is fraud. I am taking my own actions, but I wanted to share a review to make sure people do NOT go through what I have to right now.

Do yourself a favor if you want to use a small business make sure they are reputable. The Better business bureau has write ups on this store that are legit. Avoid like the plague.

I am taking my own actions, but I wanted to share a review to make sure people do NOT go through what I have...
