Read moreThis is a bit of a new experience that I have had with this location. Any other time, everything was good!
However, went on a Monday night and first the guy told our group was to keep track of our own time and left. We did stay past the 10pm age restrictions, but he already checked our IDs before letting us in. We also did buy a drink for each person in the party. We are paying customers and literally there are no other customers waiting outside as we left.
The main issue I had with the male employee working was that we had told him we were going to go outside to smoke. One person left to get their car keys from the valet because they were cold. They got the jacket from their car and came back to the front of the karaoke. Few seconds later, as we are finishing up and about to go in, he runs out and asks if we are trying to leave without paying. We told him no and that we were going to go back in. Read moreBeen here only twice and the second time was terrible. The room is very small and barely can fit 5 people. They offered YouTube video or traditional karaoke book. Everything was in Korean. We chose YouTube option and because the Wi-Fi was terrible, the songs buffered every a few seconds. This was a nightmare. So we asked front desk for help but she denied it and told us it’s the YouTube videos and asked us to choose different songs. We did and same thing again. So we went back to her and switched to the traditional way, this time the key pad didn’t work, and the connection to TV was lost. We even asked if we could switch rooms and she said they’re full and no rooms available. We waited about 20 minutes before the tv connection was fixed and keypad was switched. At the check out, we asked if it’s possible to give us a discount because we wasted about 1 hour waiting for things to be fixed. Again no, and she charged us an additional hour because she asked us to leave before the hour ended to accommodate other customers. I’d recommend go...
