A dozen of Donut King's donuts is a great price. Where I've spent up $50 elsewhere a $20 bill gets a dozen and leaves a few dollars for a tip. Read moreOf all the donut shops I've tried in LAC, I couldn't seem to find anything close to Uncle Joe's, which I grew up with in San Gabriel. I think this place is the closest. Unlike Joe's, their donuts are not as dense and instead soft and fluffy. However, otherwise it's pretty similar. Donut King isn't too sweet.
I was only able to try the vanilla sprinkle and glazed. Both were delicious. And oh so affordable in this day and age.
