You have a fantastic staff that is both helpful and knowledgeable. Teresa and Roxanne both spent a lot of time listening to the dietary issues I’m having with my four legged friends and offering suggestions. Teresa helped me select a raw diet (Answers +) for my 7 year old Maltese Poodle Rocky and I’m absolutely thrilled because it is the healthy way to go and Rocky loves it. Roxanne suggested Olewo dehydrated carrots when I spoke of Rocky’s poop issues and Olewo solved that problem. Roxanne also arranged for special orders of the Answers + to assure that I always had some on hand. As for the store it’s always clean, orderly and very well stocked. They live by their name, these are definitely pet people! I wanted a couple options for my dog with seasonsal allergies, and they offered suggestions in store and also offered other items they could order for me online. Each person I encountered was knowledge and helpful. Can't wait to come back and bring my pup!

As a note, if you can't make it to the store, they offer delivery! I personally have not ordered delivery, but call and see if they deliver to your area.

A really great spot to find high end and specialty pet items. They carry a variety of lines that can only be found in independent stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you bring your dog be prepared for them to be spoiled and not need dinner! Can get a little expensive on certain items but supporting a local business feels nice.
