I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience. I walked through the store and was approached by an employee near the back. I was instructed there’s a “no mask policy.” I’m disappointed that instead of asking what I was shopping for (a thank you gift), the employee greeted me with comments regarding my face mask. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
