I went to books a million on 5/29 and we were talked into getting a membership. We were told there was a membership special and that we would only be charged $13 but we were actually charged $25. The associate also input our address incorrectly, so we never got the magazines from the subscription we were overcharged for and the associate entered my boyfriendâs phone number in wrong, so all of our info is incorrect and we never got our magazines and we were also overcharged $12 for our membership by the associate named âMortisâ. Itâs one cashier in particular who will go on and on and on and on every time I come to the store about a membership⌠âfreeâ magazine subscription⌠donating coffee to soldiers or toys to kids⌠I live locally and would love to come in more often but REALLY feel uncomfortable with my checkout experience. One major reason I do not want a membership again is because apparently the cashiers allow random people who know my phone number use my membership when I did not give...
