If it were possible, I would rate them with zero stars! I used to be a vendor at Painted Tree, and whenever I wanted to terminate my lease, they made it difficult for me to retrieve my deposit. One day, I called, and someone mentioned that the manager was unavailable, and I was advised to call back. However, another person informed me over the phone that they were uncertain why I hadn’t received my deposit, as it had already been sent out. I should have gotten it.
