Body Arts & Science Center LLC Plastic & Cosmetic Facility — Attraction in Lower Merion Township

For anyone currently considering this practice, please take the negative reviews into great consideration. I scheduled and received a consultation with Body Arts in the month of May in the early evening. After completing and handing in all paper work regarding medical, personal and contact information, I waited exactly 1 hour and 13 minutes in the consultation room waiting for a medical doctor or surgeon to enter the room to begin my consultation. However, I was unexpectedly greeted by a woman by the name of Jay who claimed to be the consultant. Firstly, this woman, Jay, was covered with a significant amount of tattoos in obvious places visible to the human eye. She was wearing blue jeans with a black t shirt, and sneakers, as the employees at the front desk were dressed in medical scrubs. Secondly, I wasn’t asked if there were any health concerns that they should be aware about during the consultation hosted by Jay. I was also asked questions that were specifically provided on the paper work I completed. For example, I was asked if I had any children, as the paper work I completed stated I have 2 children. This means none of the paper work I completed was reviewed by this consultant named Jay. Thirdly, when asked my reason for visiting, I informed the “consultant” Jay, that I was interested in a BBL. I was advised to proceed with only a tummy tuck as this will include lipo in the back, and to proceed with a BBL once I am healed. However, this did not make sense to me. Considering that a tummy tuck/lipo would prevent me from being able to have a BBL in the near future as there will no longer be fat to transfer. Once the consultation was over, I was verbally given a price of 9500 for tummy tuck that included back lipo. There was no after visit summary of what was discussed, and no paper work of a quote. Just the “consultants” 267 cell phone number, her first name only, and to call when I am ready to put a 1k deposit. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, and disappointing. The “consultant” was extremely unprofessional to not only speak to, but to also look at. I considered giving this place a second chance for a consultation as sometimes first impressions aren’t everything. However, your life and money are in these peoples hands and there is no room for miscommunication and unprofessionalism at any circumstance. I highly do...

Body Arts came highly recommended to me by two good friends who has utilized their services in the past . I must say the staff is just wonderful not only are they professional and treat you with utmost care and respect but they are very much available whenever you reach out. I had a tummy tuck done 3 weeks ago and let me say nothing, no amount of research can prepare you for the aftermath of surgery. Dr L did my surgery and he was available if I had any questions or issues post surgery. Make sure you are in a good place mentally and remember it’s a process so trust it. Janet and Daniel are always available and accommodating with any questions questions or concerns I have. Remember there is no dumb question if you feel a need to ask it! Mariah is at the front desk always pleasant and willing to assist you with whatever you need. It has been a rough couple of weeks I was not prepared for the numbness in my stomach and the swelling. However I am so grateful and thankful for Freddie and Jose they are both incredibly awesome. They make you feel as though they are the guys next door. They show support and always have the right words of encouragement at the right time when you need it, which has enabled me to truly trust the process. There were days in the beginning after my surgery I questioned myself as to whether or not this was a good decision. Let me tell you, not only do these guys lift up your spirit but they deliver BIG time in what they do. They know their jobs, they go above and beyond and I am starting to see great results. They both have been so supportive I cannot thank them enough, they are a pleasure to have and to be around. If you are looking for a mom and pop environment sort of like “Cheers” the sitcom, this is the place to go. You are not just another number here they treat you like family.
