I was looking for a special dress and went to look there. I saw a dress I liked and was considering and told them I had another appointment at a different boutique so I wanted to wait to see if I found something I liked better. I was told by the staff that I should purchase the dress and that it was “one of a kind” and someone else could buy it and so to insure I could get it if I didn’t find anything else- I should purchase it but I could return it if needed. So I did as was told to me and purchased it but then decided I didn’t want it. I used the funds to purchase another dress and had it shipped. When it arrived it didn’t fit as well as it did in the boutique and needed lots of alterations so I called and asked if I could exchange it since it required a lot more fixing. I asked not to return but was being nice I thought to let them keep the funds and try for something that fit better. I was told no exchanges allowed. I was puzzled since I was literally told I was able to exchange or return at original point of purchase I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. I would not shop here again. Their policy of saying anything to make a sale and then not allowing for an exchange of a new, never worn, tags on item - after they originally told me exchanges and returns were allowed- is awful customer...

My mom and I went here a few months ago to look for a mother of the bride dress for her. The women working there were incredibly rude and standoffish when my mom told them her budget of $1200. After she told them they completely dismissed us and started working with another customer who did not have an appointment. They told her they only had 2 options both of which were sample sizes and to just try to squeeze into them. When my mom couldn’t fit into them, one of the women said to us “not everything is meant to fit.” My mom and I both felt uncomfortable while we were there and disrespected. I have purchased many dresses here over the past 10 years for my daughter’s and myself and it has always been a wonderful experience. The customer service is top notch, and Susan is great at recommending dresses that I may not have chosen initially for myself, but once I try them on I realize that she knows exactly what is right for my body and for the event. I am petite and always need extensive alterations, and the seamstresses are so talented and really know what they are doing. This is always my first (and only!) stop whenever I need a dress...
