Bright Star Learning Academy would like to say THANK YOU DAWN! We were greeted with a warm welcome and directed to our table. Dawn came over and explained the rules to our group very direct and with much respect. I appreciated that. I like the rules especially when your child/children safety is important. The staff was exceptional with keeping the children where they needed to be. I also love how the staff interacted with the children. I love how Dawn interacted with the customers and her staff. I love to see a GREAT MANAGER! She was so AWESOME and kind to our group! The place was clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean as well. I appreciated that especially when you have 18 camp kids. Overall experience was just AWESOME! I recommend bringing your children for a party, a camp trip or just to have fun! I’m very big on customer service and I give them 5 STAR SERVICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH DAWN FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND WATER! 😂 You and your staff was so kind to our camp group that we will definitely book another trip to ALTITUDE!!! Kids had a blast! Took my son, and my nephew, here for his birthday. We did not book a birthday party, it was on the fly. Great layout; the floorplan is open so it's easy for you to see your kids at all times. Purchasing their socks is mandatory, just like at Skyzone. There is a little waiting area for the parents; there could be more chairs with backs (it's hard sitting on a chair with no backs for 2 hours). Coat rack and shoe stalls available for free, but its out in the open, no lockers. I just kept my kids shoes with me. There is no staff designated to watch your items. Be sure to sign your waivers online, or you'll have to do it at one of their machines when you get there, prior to buying jump time. 2 hours was $26.00 for each child and the socks were $2.00 each. My boys had a great time! We will be back.

Overall, I personally felt that there are other activities in the zip code area that have better and more options than what this facility has to offer. All activities here are designed to provide trampoline exercises where as other facilities offer different activities (like actual sky line around the building). With that said, my grandchildren had a ball! They said they liked this place better than similar places we have taken them to. I have to give out a shout out to a manager that I spoke with, Latrice, who gave excellent customer service in coming up with a plan to reschedule the pre paid event if we were not able to attend due to inclement weather. She was awesome! All in all, the twins had a great time there. Clean and staff was friendly!

Do not have your child’s party here! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Top shelf pricing for below bottom shelf experience. Everything they provide in the cost is garbage. Expect to bring your own EVERYTHING if you want a nice party! Including a party host, ours showed up a half hour into the party! And I still had to do everything myself! Prepare to pay almost $500, with tip, for 10 kids to jump. One free adult pass, that they gave to someone else in my party, not even ME, the person paying for the party! Basically, you are spending so much, just to rent tables at Altitude and have them as a third party to overcharge you for terrible pizza! It was so crowded and chaotic, awful for little ones. The staff are horribly unorganized and it shows they do not care about you, your children or your time. Our guests spent over 20 minutes, of party(jumping) time, in line trying to check in! Everyone had to fill out paper waivers because their computer servers were down and they were struggling to find the already filled out online waivers and preexisting guests. They did nothing to prepare for the incoming guests, when they knew they were experiencing this problem. They did nothing useful, at all! Our party should not have been punished for their system issues. Nor, for their lack luster effort to provide a meaningful birthday party experience. My 4 year old has orchestrated nicer tea parties for her dolls. RUN! Go anywhere else, so you can feel like your hard earned money was well spent and appreciated!

As you can see by their response, they have no intention to fix the...

Love this trampoline park! Especially if you have younger children, the layout is much more open and has more visibility across the different areas of the park as compared to its competitors, so it's easier to keep track of your kids as they bounce around from activity to activity. I don't know about you, but my old knees can't keep up with their energy--it's nice to know I can stand off to the side and still easily keep track of them. The jump area is elevated on a platform above where guests enter the building, so there is only one way in and out, thus again making it easier for one parent to keep track of several kids. There are always an adequate number of guards helping with crowd control. Its clean, staff is friendly. It is affordable and competitively priced. If you have kids that are sensory sensitive, this park does a better job of not being as over stimulating; it's not as loud as other places I've been, and the lighting is good.

We recently held a birthday party here, and were very pleased with the cost and flexibility of the birthday packages as compared to other places. The fact that you had your table space for the full two hours and could come and go, as well as your jump band being active for the full two hours (for the kiddos with feeding difficulties who struggle to sit an eat) was a major plus; guests commented on that as a plus over party experiences at a major competitor where you can only jump for 90 mins & then only have the table for the half hour when you are expected to eat (and cannot...

Went here recently for a birthday party and paid to bounce and stay close to my 2 year old. This is the second time I have been here. We weren't there 5 minutes before I was being told that apparently I was doing something I wasn't supposed to. I pay attention to the rules and do my best to make sure my kids are well behaved and cannot go here without doing something wrong. I spend more time being told I am apparently not following the rules then having fun with my family. At one point I went to use the family restroom to change my youngest's diaper and I couldn't. An employee was in there for almost 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. I am also curious as to the limit of people allowed in at one time. There seemed to be about 5-6 birthday parties at one time, plus the other people that were just there. Seemed almost too crowded to be safe. In no hurry to go back anytime soon.

Went again recently and will never go back. The young employees with a God complex drive me the nuts. The foam in the children's foam pit was coming apart and all over the place. Children were literally getting in fights, pushing each other and running around screaming. WAY too many parties at one time. WAY too many people in one place. Would not go here again if...
