Before i start, im gonna be honest. So basically burger king was one of the closest fast food restaurants that I could go to, so me and my friend ordered the same food, 2 Chicken Jr’s with a side of french fries, 2 cups for Dr.Pepper, and after that 2 Soft Serves im pretty sure they were called that (sorry if its not), the chicken burger was really good and not too much or too crispy I just wanted something simple, the french fries were freshly cooked and they were soft, I got my braces tightened 2 days before and the fries were perfect it hurt a little bit but the fries were good!, Dr.pepper wasn’t like watery in the machines, the ice was good too. Lastly I was on a budget because my mom only sent me $15 so we got soft serve ice creams it was vanilla btw, for 2 people it was $2 which is really good!! 😁, we got it with a cone so we can turn it into a ice cream cone if we wanted too, for all of the 8 things I got it for around $14.25 it was worth it ! the size of the burgers were the palm of my hand, the soft serve was about 4 inches or 5, the place was also nice! very aesthetic very cleanish vibes and the service was really nice! I kinda didn’t hear the person because of like the employees making food im sorry i couldn’t hear the person if your reading this😓😓, but service is nice! (being honest based on my experience), finally there was alot of space to sit and there were barely any people in the second place ( there were 2 prts of seats), my rating is 5/5 really recommend here! Reminder: people have different opinions, you don’t need to listen to me. Also this was my first time trying Burger King and it was a fabulous experience! If you reached this far, thank you for also reading this I...
Read moreHonestly feel so bad for this Burger King. They have no order here at all. The person taking my order was nervous and messed me up when I was trying to state my order. As the cashier was repeating my order they repeated by saying the drinks first and then salads to sandwiches and not stating the meals of which contained which fries or salad as replacement to the fries. Then I wanted cheese off my side salad but decided I'll have to live with it because of the service I was already getting. Next the person who was making my shake was doing nothing before that just standing around up front being unproductive. Then when she made my shake she left the chocolate unstirred in the shake. Not to mention the shake was like a frosty from wendy's( hard to drink) . Then as I was receiving my bag they gave me two brown bags which is weird because they have salad bags so they could've put both my salads in the correct bag and not on its side in a small brown bag. While leaving I felt bad vibes from the staff the whole time and kept getting dirty looks as if they thought I was trying to be too good for Burger King. Burger King states "Have it your way" not "Have it our way". I would love to get a decent milkshake or have my order be taken correctly if that's not too much to ask for. I work for Burger King the one in warminster and we are very clean with our shakes and who is in what position. Our managers know we are always being productive doing something to pass the time instead of waiting for someone to tell us what to do. It is terrible to see that other Burger Kings are not kept in order and how they treat customers. So happy I...
Read moreWent to drive-through to order at BK #421 in Feasterville, PA on April 21, 2015. Told the female I had a credit, my name, and began ordering. Interrupting was a male voice, who later identified himself as Ryan Sullivan. He informed to come to the window. The manager, Ryan, told me he'd have to confirm the credit (given due to a previous bad meal, which is fairly common, including but not limited to serving old, cold fries on late night shifts), with a previous manager who had issued it. Again, he told me to pull forward and wait. He emerged about 5 min. later and Ryan informed me he was going to keep my receipt. I told him to give me "MY" receipt, he refused and began walking back into the restaurant. I demanded my receipt or that he was needed to call the police. He kept walking. I left my car running in the parking lot and followed him into the restaurant and again demanded he give me back MY RECEIPT, informing him it was my property. I asked why and he said, "Why? So Joe (another manager) can't give you your free food." In front of many witnesses, and refusing to call the police, I told him he could write "void" on it, as he basically inferred I was trying to pull a scam, as "people try and scam us out of free free all the time." This all took 12 minutes and I am a Diabetic. I finally got my receipt back and drove to McD's about three minutes away and got my much needed food as I was...
