I hate to leave a bad review ever. I had a nice experience at this salon the girl who did my hair was lovely and really worked hard on it. I went in with box dyed hair due to covid and it was a mess. I was there for 6-7 hours getting my hair processed to get it where I wanted it. I left very happy it was exactly what I wanted. I went to ulta the next day to make sure I bought the proper products to keep it from fading I spent a ton of money on this dye job and did not want it fading, so I washed with cool water and spent $70 in redken shampoo and conditioner and hair mask to ensure the integrity of my hair color. Well within two washes my hair faded so bad and within a month my hair is officially back to looking a mess. I thought I was getting something a little easier to maintain I feel like the only way to keep up with color job they do is to go back every 2-3 weeks and spend as much as I did is...

I was there for a haircut this past Thursday, I had never been there before, a 35.00 dollar Groupon. They gave me Leah, told her how I wanted my hair cut, didn't seem that interested....I explained I wanted it layered, not to short, and pieces around my face.... She went to work cutting my hair down to the scalp in some places, with some kind of scissors, she said was for volume.... No volume, ( No hair).... Couldn't believe it.... Next day went back to show the owner what it looked like, she said the hairdresser was young. Didn't understand that reasoning, she tried to fix it and made it worse. She cut it shorter, if that was possible.... Said it should look good in two to three weeks..... Unbelievable! Also said this is what you should expect with a Groupon....... Place...
