My 12 year old son saved his honor roll, babysitting and chore money to buy a bowling ball. He selected it and paid for it on his own. The people at the front desk were helpful and said if we wanted to wait 20 minutes they would drill the ball for him as part of the purchase. We sat and waited for almost an hour while the person who drills the ball did God only knows what... he passed by us knowing we were waiting to go chat with league bowlers and then came over and sat down after we had been waiting forever and said he needed a rest because he's old. My kid was sitting there feeling horrible because we thought this would be a quick stop and it turned into something that burned our entire evening while his brother waited at home having not yet had dinner. You know... people have lives. I've already worked a 12 hour day and here I am waiting around missing time with my family because someone doesn't want to do his job. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. This place used to be my familys favorite and now it's just horrible service and over priced. Then finally over an hour later were done, keep in mind we paid over an hour ago and dude tells my kid he has to pay for this. Seriously?!?! Don't be rude to kids for no reason.    Read morePersonally I would have give them a 1/4 star, but I cant.. So 3 days before Thanksgiving last year I dropped off 3 bowling balls to be plugged and drilled. I received one phone call about a month later, but that was after I went back in to talk to management. 2 more month's go buy and still no word. So I go in again. At this point I would figure they would have at least plugged the bowling balls. NO they were not ! I was told the last time i spoke to them that the tec who does the drilling. has left for vacation and wont be back till March, fine so I waited at least my balls were plugged right . So march came and went and no phone call .They had my number I gave it to them over the phone 3 times and in person 2 times. I never once received a phone call .So today 4/26/22, 7 months after i dropped them of So I went to pick up my balls to take them to get them drilled somewhere else. Then I went back to the desk after 9pm to pay for a second game. Another $4 dollars, right? Nope. By this time the prices had changed to the "special price" of $7.95 for unlimited games for the remainder of the eveing. That also included the shoe rental. I had already paid for a shoe rental and only wanted to stay for 1 more game. The girl behind the desk said that the only thing she could charge me for was the 7.95 price.
