So, I get that it is a Christian bookstore and that part of it means the prices will be higher to support a brick and mortar store. But, the markup on the books here are incredibly expensive and certainly NOT the real price. For example, a book I could get, brand new on Amazon for 9 dollars was selling for $17. No, I am not kidding. I had to look at the price more than twice to believe they were not joking.
Second, their homeschool kits that have textbooks are also extremely extremely expensive. For example, Saxon Math at over $200. They also don't really have an extensive book collection. I would even be willing to maybe pay some extra price if this were a proper bookstore, but their book section is actually pretty small and most of what they sell look like souvenir/clutter items, or "Christian kitsch" as someone else mentioned.
I am giving them two stars because the books they DO have are good and send a good message to resist the vile antichristian age we are living in...

I did not walk through the books so I can't speak to that. There were sizable sections for children, homeschooling, and party/VBS decor, and a very large apparel section. Most items were...
Read moreUnfriendly, rude staff, wouldn't give my ministry a discount, they're overpriced, lifeway was leaps and bounds far better than this pathetic store, for claiming to be a Christian establishment they really do not care less about their customers, just lining their pockets. Completely astonished at the poor customer experience every time I have ever gone in there. I would prefer to leave no stars but unfortunately the system doesn't allow for that. Highly...
