The only decent person with any intelligence is the lil short black lady in the children's department. I think she has to work the whole upstairs now. I shopped for my 3 kids for back to school clothes for over 2 hours. I forgot my wallet and it was close to closing. I asked could you please hold these clothes, we will be back tomorrow to get them 100%! A younger girl did put my name on them and said sure. Came back the next day to get all the items we picked out and tried on but ohhh I'm not sure where they are you want to go and try to ask around for them? You can go upstairs ask her, it's only 1 person up there so good luck trying to find her! WHAT THE S* IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? This lady was in her 30s and was all non chalant about what had happened. $300 worth of clothes we tried on and picked out, but her stupidity was priceless. I go to where I was told only there wasn't any said shirts anywhere. I go back and find her and tell her to show me, and I follow her and she can't locate any. Instead of saying I'm sorry or maybe we can look online and we can order you some, she simply shrugs her shoulders and gives me the oh well tuff break look and walks away. Terrible customer service for someone who frequents that store often and has a credit card with them as well. I went right over to JC Penney and found exactly what I was looking for and even got a JC Penney credit card for an extra 35% off my entire purchase. I got 3 shirts and a pair of shorts. I wouldn't have had to do that if the sales person simply did her job a little better and not just walk away like Oh well....

So I went to belk.com and ordered 4 pair of shoes for my daughter using $60 in Belk reward dollars only for the to ship me big kid sizes instead of toddler. I was told my reward dollars would go back once return was processed or to call card company. Lost ALL reward dollars. Now today I ordered shoes and an outfit for my daughter and used $25 off $25 coupon and $30 in Belk dollars only for the outfit to get cancelled and now once again losing my rewards. I wait on hold for 30 minutes to try and get them to order the outfit in another color but they say they can't honor the price. Also the outfit in the color and size I ordered is available to order they say......complete BS I am done with this company and their lying cheating ways. Do yourself a favor and...
