Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Usually good service, have never had a problem here before yesterday.

My parents brought us dinner which was so nice. We live about 25 minutes away from Lynchburg. Once they arrived and we unloaded the food, there was an entire salad missing from the order, and 2 fries as well. My mom called about it right after, and was told they'd of course give them the missing items, and would throw in some cookies to make it right.

When they left our place and went back to ChikFilA, there was a different manager than the one my mom had spoken with. However, that manager said they'd make a note for when my parents showed up. My parents had to sit in the parking lot and wait, at about 8pm, for some damn fries and a salad. I guess this manager thought they were lying?? Anyway, the crazy thing is, they didn't get anything like what was promised to make it up. Just the items and that's all.

To be honest, our family doesn't eat ChikFilA often, it's good but very out of our price range normally. This was a treat to have..but was turned into a bummer experience. Don't think I'll be revisiting this location myself, or my parents most likely. I've actually had better service @ the River Ridge location.

Maybe don't treat your customers like liars and make them wait half an hour after YOU mess up....

Went during the time of day where school was out so in the early afternoon. Went through the Drive thru and while there was two car lines it wasn't entirely clear how to proceed. They had employees running around like car valet they were friendly and hustled. But you had to more or less know the menu by heart because the place where you see the menu was not operating, even though the employees would take your order and had touch pads it was still very unusual. I guess if you're a regular customer this is no problem but I very rarely eat here so it's a little confusing. I asked our order taker to switch my fries to Mac n cheese she did but when we got our food and had driven away I had fries. We were the third car from the front of the line and when we got our food we couldn't leave until the other cars got their food. This to me is very dumb. Either wait and give us our food at the front or make it so we can leave the drive thru once we get our food. My BBQ chicken sandwich had no BBQ sauce on it and the chicken nuggets came with no dipping sauce. So the whole entire process gets 3 out of 5 Stars from me. The process needs to be further streamlined and adjusted to make it less hectic and easier for non repeat customers who are unfamiliar...

I love the service here and the food! If you're super tired, you can order on the app and just stay seated in your car in drive thru, a designated pickup parking spot, or a table inside the restaurant where they bring order right out to you. Employees always say the signature "My pleasure" with genuine smiles on their faces. Even when their busy cleaning, they stop and ask how everything is going. I don't have kids, but I love how Chik Fil A occasionally hosts family-friendly events for kids like meet Santa or dress like Chick-fil-A Fil cow. Dining room was a comfortable temperature and a nice escape from the cold outside. Always clean and tables, floor, and bathrooms are checked and cleaned regularly. I usually get the chicken sandwiches, but this time, I went with those scrumptious chicken nuggets with their amazing waffle fries. They had limited edition lime flavored beverages, so I got a lime SunJoy tea, regular lime lemonade mixed with unsweetened tea. That's another perk here. You can just about fully customize your orders with ease on the app and adjust ice and sweetness level of tea and lemonade drinks with diet and unsweetened options,...
