A great area for dogs to romp & play. However, this owner of a large breed allowed their dog to be wild. A child was approached in an aggressive manner. This child was terrified & shaking to where the child had to escape between the gates. All the one owner could say was I'm sorry. The second owner sat on top of the picnic table watching. Not a care in the world because his large obnoxious dog dominated the play area. If there was park supervision for the safety of all, it would be a better place. But it's got a gate separating small dogs from the larger ones, which is nice, and has slotted bars so they can still smell each other. There's even a water spout and bowls for hydrating the pups when they get tired. Dogs rotate through, so it's never empty for long, and all were friendly. Don't go if you want masks worn though. My fiancé brought out pittie to this dog park for the first time. Overall he had a fun time, but it did not feel like a welcoming environment. We have been to a dozen dog parks and this one by far was our least favorite. Maybe it was an off day, but finding rude dog owners was not appreciated. It almost felt like they did not want us there, even though nothing bad had happened. Would not come back to this park in the future.
