Excellent little Taco spot, from the second you walk in you are hit with amazing smells and know you are in for a treat. They are constantly making tortillas fresh to order - takes it to the next level.

As for the food - highly recommend the Birria Tacos - Delivious! The flavor of the smoked brisket was amazing, however the meat itself was a bit dry which was disappointing. The smoked chicken was also nice, however don’t waste your time - just go for the Birria and the Asado - trust me it’s legit.

As for sides and toppings - big disappointment that I didn’t get any limes with my tacos, shouldn’t even be a question of having to ask for it in my opinion. However it was nice to see they put the pico, nice spicy salsa, pickled onions and traditional onions/cilantro. The spicy salsa is addictive and delicious.

Don’t forget to get some amazing tortilla chips - out of this word.

Most importantly - the staff is super inviting, friendly and eager to help with ordering.

Well this is by no means Mexican tacos, it's more texas style bbq or texmex. We tried the chicken, brisket, pork and queso taco brisket tacos and the only one that I would maybe buy again is the the brisket queso taco. The churros are very good but half the size that you'd imagine when you think of churros. Overall if tacos is what you are looking for, I'd say go to Mi pueblito or and actual mexican restaurant because tacos al pastor are many times better than what I've tried today from Carlito's but I appreciate their services and remember that we are not all the same, and people like different things so don't let my experience keep you from at least trying...

Soooo good! I would give it 10 stars if I could. My husband and I tried almost every taco that they had and they were just amazing! My favorites were the pulled pork and the brisket. I also tried the brisket Plato (rice bowl) and also delicious and large portion. We also got guacamole and chips tortillas and they were perfect. The guac was well seasoned and the chips were crispy and not oily. And. Let. Me. Tell. You. The chocolate churros were to die for. Omg I could've ate 5 of them. They are fried on the spot so you get this crispy on the outside and warm and gooey deliciousness of chocolate...
