The Vitamin Shoppe — Attraction in Macedonia

When I came in about 2:15pm today, I asked the employee behind the counter if they were out of a certain flavor. He barely responded to me and seemed very disinterested in helping his only customer. I then asked if they may have any elsewhere in the store, which finally got a "no" response, after having to ask him twice. This place must have terrible management. This has been the third time I placed a order for pickup that says it’s in stock only not for it to be there. This is the only store I have had problems with because they don’t look for the orders placed until you call after 4 to 6 hrs go by. I’m sure customers are probably buying the product I ordered because they don’t pay attention to online orders at all. Will no longer order online pickup...

I experienced a very pleasant visit today at the Macedonia location off Aurora Rd. Mr.Sedric.was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products that I was buying. He serviced me with great customer service and handled my situation with satisfaction and i left with nothing but smiles and a great 1st time visit. I will be back to this location.
