The MOST disgusting restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. My visit went as such:
I pulled into the parking lot which there seemed to have been some sort of riot due to the amount of garbage pouring out from the dumpster and strewn about the parking lot. I ventured inside to see about 30 people sweating to death in front of me, because apparently chipotle has not heard of air conditioning. Loud noises, banging and cursing came from the back of the kitchen, and a vague smell of smoke and sewage wafted from the kitchen. As I worked my way painfully slowly through the line I notice small piles of rice and corn salsa scattering the aisleway as I passed. The young man stationed at the grill with short black hair (he wasn't wearing a hat) and beard worked quietly away over the chicken, beads of sweat trickling down his face and onto the cluttered surface of the table in front of him (and quite possibly into the chicken itself. That explains why everything always tastes like salt). By the time I got up to the actual counter to order my food I realized what was taking so long, they had run out of food. And not just one item, but several. There was rice and dried beans stuck all over the table in front of them as well as bits of meat floating in what was supposed to be "vegetarian" items. The salsa side was better, but not by much. There were streaks of dried sour cream all over, but at least someone TRIED to clean it up. Half of the crew working the line had pretty big blisters along their arms, probably caused from the grill or tortilla warmer. One mans blister was actually leaking a little bit and it made me sick. Why were the managers letting this happen? A bandaid would have done the job nicely and not ruined my appetite. Before I left I overheard a blond woman with alot of piercings in the kitchen complaining about one of her associates being a "Fu**ing idiot" which seemed very inappropriate to me considering all the work they put into ATMOSPHERE. I promptly left the line and headed towards the exit, mind reeling and stomach churning. As I opened the door I saw a really fat rodent or possibly baby raccoon scurry from a bush nearby the corner of the building, climb up a gutter pipe and onto the roof. Why anyone would ever ever EVER want to eat there is beyond me. Its disgusting and I wouldnt even touch the food. And I highly encourage anybody reading this to stay far away for fear of catching the...
Read moreI don't know what happened to this place, but my last two experiences have been terrible, which was never the case before. And I've found no way to fix their problems. My order was online so I tried the online bot chat, which provided me with a free drink but no refund or anything for the entree they screwed up. tried calling the store, there was no answer, and I was handed over to a computer system that said, "enter your remote access cods" and then hung up. Is there no way to get any service?
On top of my food being made wrong again, the door was locked an hour before close. A girl came to the door and rudely told the lady ahead of me only, "We're digital only", despite there being a big sign in the window stating that they were open until 11pm. I was not allowed in to pick up my order. When it was handed to me without a word being said, I asked if there were napkins in the bag this time, since there were none last time and the burrito leaked through the bag and all over my car. "Yes" she said, but I checked and there were none. So she handed me an excessive amount, again without saying a word and with me still standing outside. This was a very bad experience, which got worse when I got home and found that they neglected to include literally half of the ingredients of my burrito. Not one, half of them - no red salsa, no green salsa, no cheese, no fajita veggies. The tortilla was hard on one end and was filled with nothing but a ton of rice, a few beans, maybe an ounce of dry chicken, and a bit of corn.
Should I apologize for picking up an hour before close? When I walked in the last time, the same girl (I think) shouted to the customers in line that they were out of like 5 things and the dining room was closed, which prompted a couple to walking out wondering why they wasted their time. There was also someone mopping the floor where food was being prepared, and slinging mop water everywhere. This used to be a great location but this makes two very bad experiences in a row. I guess I should go elsewhere, since I can't even get a refund for their careless mistakes. What the heck happened?
Edited: And don't tell me to follow some link. I tried the chatbot which gave you data but did nothing for me. Answer the dang phone or give me some way to contact a human if you want my business. A free fountain drink is not acceptable compensation for completely botching a...
Read moreDecided I want Chipotle today and visited this location. I placed my order with a Caucasian tall girl with glasses this was around 3:24 on November 24th which was a chicken bowl with toppings first of all I wanted brown rice the amount of rice she put in the bowl was ridiculous I asked for more rice and more was a baby spoon more and let me verify what the other customers said yes the prep tables were dirty and had not been wiped down she just kept fixing orders okay back to my order so she put the chicken on there and I was out done I don't mind paying for extras but then I ask for cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and corn but she was moving so fast that when I asked for extra she just slapped it on my bowl. I asked for sour cream on the side 2 cups so when she got more sour cream and put into the little cups she slid the first cup to me from where she was standing instead of coming over to me and placing it in my bag. I just looked at her like no you just did not just slide the cream over to me on the counter. She was very unprofessional and need to be retrained on proper customer service. As I stepped away from the counter with what I felt was sarcastic and said to me " have a nice day okay ". I got my bag and left. Never again will I visit here again. The technique when preparing food is to clean as you prepare for your next order it can be done. There is no way dry bean droppings or anything else should be looking like it's been there for a while. If you have cameras maybe review this I was quite upset and almost asked for my money back. Order # 274 and...
