First 4 Paving — Attraction in Madison

I am posting this review for my parents..."Existing patio and timber wall needed replacement. Also had water issues during heavy rains. Rec'd multiple prices. Myles was at a neighbor paving driveway and setting paver porch so I asked for a price, his price was less and included higher quality materials, and he had a better understanding of drainage issues vs competitors. The work performed; french drain along property edge, demod/removed existing wall & patio slab, installed new retaining wall, new paver patio with seating wall, new french drain surrounding patio. New patio has piped chanel drains at inside corners and a porch landing and step. Added waterproofing; crew excavated to footings, attached lathe w/mesh before multiple layers of cement to strengthen before sealing with tar, then drainage pipe & stone. Final results are stunning. No drainage issues so far. Daily communication with Myles during each step. Work was done quickly including changes. Rate - value 5, quality 5, expertise 5+, fast and clean. Will use them again.
