After being turned away by a neighboring pizza place, the warm welcome I received upon walking in was very nice and immediately improved my mood! (Thank You!) Since I was changing mid-stream, I took some time to decide what I wanted, and the girl at the counter was very patient and helpful. I ended up going with the grilled chicken wrap, asked for barbecue sauce, lettuce and some raw onions on top. No request was too much and they delivered it quickly. I was pleased with the size of the wrap, as well as the generous portion of chicken. Definitely got my money's worth. The grilled chicken was tasty, and NOT dried out (always a risk with "production line" set-up), the barbecue sauce was VERY good - sweet with a hint of heat and not overwhelming. The lettuce was definitely fresh. The counter, tables, and floor were all clean (despite the bad weather outside) and social distancing was designed well. My overall experience was very positive! Visited La Rosa yesterday for the first time.

We had the roasted chicken and baby back rib combination. The roasted chicken was fantastic – The skin was crispy and flavoredful and the meat was tender and juicy – The baby back ribs were also great and packed full of flavor. The corn bread seemed to be home made and was also great tasting. The sides we had were the mac n cheese and the garlic parsley mashed potatoes. The man n cheese was creamy and full of flavor. The garlic parsley mashed potatoes were also great – definely made with real potatoes (not the powdered kind like some other places.) Also tried a cup of the Chicken Chili soup – another great item.

The food at the counter was presented professionally and looked very fresh.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Sal, the owner, came by and asked if everything was okay – Very friendly guy and made us feel like family.

This is a go to restaurant – 5...

Update: I spoke with Sal and he apologized. I have been coming here since 1999 and the food is always very good. We won't stop coming because of one bad experience with delivery. We were given a full credit.

Usually the food is great…. I’ve been coming here for many years. I placed a delivery order on a day that I was busy (and had a commitment) I was given an approximate arrival time. After 45 minutes, I called and was told five more minutes. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and had to call and ask for a credit. Whoever answered the phone quickly hung up on me, hopefully I actually get the credit …I was surprised to be treated so rudely since I’ve been coming here for years. A better option? Offer to deliver with a discount or offer some other incentive. Don’t just hang up the phone. I’ve had things happen with other local places and they always...
