So I just ordered from this place thinking ohh why not,my friend ordered a few times from here and she raves about it. First off i want to start off by mentioning that If you're going to order from this place stick to calling in because their online ordering system is atrocious. If your going to place your order and pay with a card let me tell you it's not possible, which is kind of ridiculous because every American owns and uses (now a days) a bank card whether credit or debit when ordering. So then you ask yourself whats the whole point, and I'm here to tell you there is NO POINT...if this is the case you'll have to call in and give them your card info which again i reiterate shames the whole online ordering process. As a college student if it doesn't concern writing a paper or taking an exam then honestly I don't want the extra hassle especially when it comes to ordering food..C'mon!! So on to the food....I ordered buffalo wings and garlic knots..simply enough right?? I guess not. The first thing I noticed that sent me over the rails was that my 8 piece garlic knots order didn't come with marinara sauce!!!! Seriously, I was so upset who wants to stuff their face with plain garlic knots without sauce. I mean there might be some of you guys that would enjoy that but even when you don't require the sauce many places just throw it in because it just makes sense to. Anyways when I called the place to mention this and suggest that maybe the driver forgot it in the car or something the guy tells me that you got to specify what sauce you want...Wait what?? is there anything else that can possibly come with garlic knots??? maybe they should tell you this on their online ordering website because when your under appetizers in their menu and you view where garlic knots is written under the words its says with a side of sauce. So excuse my confusion if i thought that adding the sauce meant getting an extra side. Anyways onto the wings...I do apologize, I'm ratting but If your like me that views reviews before trying something...(wasn't the case here) you would appreciate this. Okay so the wings were bigger than i expected which made me a little happier but as soon as you opened the foil you will notice a river of sauce. the wings were overly trenched in sauce which in turn made them super soggy..yuck!! The breading on the wings was probably the best thing on there but that quickly changed once I took a bite. Right away I was able to tell that these wings were frozen, they tasted as if they had just been thawed. I'm better off heading to the campus store and buying the TGI Fridays wing pack and microwaving them because yes, they just taste that much better. So save yourself the hassle and distaste, I won't be ordering form...
Read moreThe pizza is really great. I still order from here, even after 5 years because the pizza always comes pretty quickly to the house. They put a great amount of cheese to sauce ratio. I always tip the drivers because they are hard workers, I used to deliver myself, not an easy job. I've been coming here since I was a little kid and never will find another place as good as this pizza place around the area. Expect to pay at least 5ish for 2 slices and a drink. May as well get a small pie. A large can run anywhere from 17 to 22 depending on toppings. I usually put about 2 or 3 toppings on mine. Plenty of parking...
Read moreOrdered one regular pepperoni and one gluten free pepperoni pizza for pickup-everyone loved the classic pepperoni. I have to say, this is some of the better gluten free pizza I've ever had. Not that super chalky crumbling crust that's usually the base at most places! I had to have someone do a taste test between the glutenfree and regular pizzas just to be safe ! Even though they could tell the difference they were impressed. Though there are some fancy artisan pizza places that might beat this, italian village is the best classic NY style/NJ Gf...
