Electronic Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient!

There is shortage of printers that are available but that more of a supply chain and global crisis issue based on the current WAR in Ukraine and the pending global pandemic.

Nevertheless they had a vast array of printers and other electronics available. I forgot the person that helped me in that department to purchase a Brother black and white toner printer for the office but he is an asset to Staples !

Great customer service at this store. Bought a Brother printer and new toner unit 3 years ago thinking that I would need to replace the current toner in the printer shortly. Well, low toner warning came up on printer 2 weeks ago. Opened the new toner cartridge and installed it. Printer started to make a loud grinding noise while printing. Ran the recommended trouble shooting diagnostics on the printer and it indicated that the issue is with the toner. Went to Staples and explained the problem to a young woman working there. She located my earlier toner purchase in the their computer system with my Staples Rewards number. She replaced it with a new toner unit. I came home, installed the toner and issue was resolved. Had a great customer service experience in Madison. Cashier (may have remembered the name wrong, perhaps David? Cashier 1071953) helped us with selection, price-matched with online staples price, brought the office chair to us, and to the car. When I first was looking for help, found him re-stocking the refrigerator with beverages. He basically runs around doing a one-man show with a smile.
