Shopping at Luna’s means to me being home. It gives me that sense of my childhood in the Dominican Republic when my mom will send me to buy groceries in ”El Colmado. The experience that you get when you speak to the people is incredible because the fact you share your Cooking skills and recipes with others to me it’s not an experience get it everywhere when you shop for groceries. This is the only place to shop in the area I live. This area has been a food desert for years. So I would never give below 4 stars to Lunas. Good mixture of food. The fruits and vegetables are not always something that one would purchase as they are usually old and not in the best condition. But once in awhile you get lucky.
