Magnolia Texas has come a long way from a flashimg yellow light. This park has a lovely pavilion with concession booths for rent. During thebweek you may find morning yogis guiding a group class. There is a conservative skate board build, (a little too small to call a skate board park but works for now), wonderful full on sand vollyball court, gazebo next to a pond, 2 horse shoe toss yards, childrens pkayground with a wheelchair swing, rent option tennis courts and bar-b-q pits with cover tanles and shaded tables freckled about the beautifully maintained grounds. Near by is a swamp with small piered decks you can walk out on to look for gators or other reptilian wildlife. Some areas are wheelchair accessable and there is wheel chair needs parking in the lot nearby. There is a jog / walk path through the park but due to its length i would stay more on walk description than a real jog. There are a few things missing still which i am sure will soon be installed in the future such as another toilet facility, (bring your own paper because they hosed down the roll on the wall by mistake when washing the restroom floors), dog walker poop signs and bags, and more walking paths that connect to the local schools and maybe the in town 'Magnolia Stroll' pathway. Its a really great start and helps a growing town maintain a town center as it evolves.

Nice park for taking a 30 minutes walk. Most of the walking path is covered with trees so you get some relief from the sun. The paths aren't paved. Nice little fishing pond there. Plenty of benches and tables throughout the park. Plenty of room for the kids to roam.

We love this park. Close to home, always clean and welcoming. Splash pad, playground, skate park, creeks, picnic areas, sand volleyball court, horseshoes and pond to fish in.

This is a lovely park for the kiddos. It's small enough to you can sit on a bench and be able to keep track of the littles as they run around. It has all the climb-y things, 3 big slides, a merry-go-round, and during summer: a splash pad (be careful though - it's been known to have an occasional slick spot). It's also across the street from a skate park and a cool nature park. And being so close to the police depth makes it feel safer. Oh, and it has a swing that can hold...

This park is clean and large. There is plenty of open space to accommodate a lot of people. Plus, it has a playground, a mini-skate park and a running trail. The trail is not long and kind of boring, but it's a trail. They have events at this park, which is a nice perk of living in the area. Overall, it's a fun place to bring the family and run around. I will definitely continue...
