These people failed to return my wife's debit card when she made a purchase at the drive through. Three weeks later at the drive through they gave her the card and said "you forgot your card". Perhaps she didn't notice but what happened is that they kept it. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes they take your order for something that is not ready and just walk away without telling you it will be a several minute wait. At the drive through you can never tell if they are working on your order or if they just forgot. There is a cultural problem with the Asian women there. They are rude. They talk on their Bluetooth while taking your order. Sometimes it takes a moment to realize if they are talking...

We've lived in Magnolia for awhile now and wanted to try this place when we first moved here, but honestly a lot of the reviews scared us off. This morning, we finally said to heck with it and decided just to give it a try.... My husband had the chicken, spinach, and feta kolache and said it was delicious! He said his steak and cheese kolache was a bit dry and underseasoned, but still okay. I had the potatoe, egg, and cheese kolache and the cold vanilla coffee, which both were really good! I ordered a kolache, donut and coffee totaling to 5.54. The owner stella Hong accidentally charged me 554.00 dollars. I checked my account and 554 had already been debited. She apologized and said the money would be refunded in two days. Luckily I had enough money in my account that it was not an emergency but some people that might have put them in emergency mode over a doughnut. I've never seen or experienced anything like this. Sure, I have the refund receipt but I wont actually get my money...
