Absolutely worst customer service every time I walk into the UPS store. I’d rather drive 15-20mins & have a nice experience at other UPS stores than this one. Last when I went there to return some items Tiffany was the one who assisted us & she was full of attitude! Something was probably wrong with the scanner but she kept looking away & wouldn’t wanna scan unless we brightened up the phone & zoomed the picture. Mind you the phone’s brightness was on the highest & the picture was zoomed all the way. All these people working in this store gives this store a really negative, nasty vibe! Every time I walk in I know I’ll be greeted with lots of attitude & nastiness! It’s disgusting how people don’t know how to deal with customers & how managers don’t take the time to teach them proper etiquettes of being a customer service representative/employee! I feel so belittled by these employees! They really need to take an action because enough is enough with their attitude! I have read some other reviews & everyone’s literally saying the same thing. Idk why they haven’t fired there people yet! Also to add to it the employee, Tiffany kept rolling her eyes & only God knows why she was rolling them....
Read moreI come here frequently to ship out my artwork to clients and customers locally/nationally and I’m glad that my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. Thankful that you guys have a mindful and driven associate like Ruben.

Read moreWe sent a package with them, and upon looking up the tracking number it states it was delayed since March 6th. I called UPS customer service, and they advised to call the ups store. I called and spoke with the manager I believe her name is Lisette. I explained what happened, and she said she'd reach out and start an investigation and if nothing was resolved she'd start a claim on our behalf, but either way she'd call me to update me. NO phone call, NO more contact, NOTHING. I called today to ask, a guy picked up the phone this time, he was rude and said he couldn't do anything. He barely let me explain and when I did, he gave me a fake claim number and told me to call ups customer service to follow up. I did just that, and when I gave them the claim number, they said nothing came up with that #, that it was a made-up claim number. He stated that the employees at this UPS location are "useless" that they just said they would help but will never help.
