Absolutely Amazing Stay at The R&B House – Highly Recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at The R&B House! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and beautifully designed the house was. Every room was cozy and inviting, with king-size beds in all the bedrooms—such a rare and welcome touch. With plenty of bathrooms throughout the house, there was never any waiting around.

The kitchen was a dream—large and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and dine in comfortably. Whether it was a rainy afternoon or a late evening, the game and TV room kept everyone entertained.

One of the biggest highlights for the kids (and the parents!) was the dedicated kids’ room, complete with a slide—an absolutely brilliant idea. The kids had so much fun running around and playing that they were ready for bed without any fuss. The pirate-themed treasure chest game was a huge hit too!

Outside, the property just kept impressing us. The backyard had so much to offer—an inviting pool, relaxing hot tub, a cozy fireplace area, fun outdoor games, and more. Honestly, four days wasn't enough to explore everything!

Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, a short stroll to Publix, and only a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine. Still, if you decide not to leave the house, you're totally set—it has everything you could need for a perfect stay.

Even with a full house, it never felt crowded. The furniture was super comfortable, and the layout gave everyone space to relax. Communication with the hosts was top-notch—responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We received detailed instructions and helpful guides ahead of time, and they were readily available for anything we needed during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Wears Valley, TN in the Smokey Mountains. I believe in promoting businesses that provide exceptional products and services, and SotS certainly exemplifies excellence.

Kellie and I stay at these vacation condos every year in different locales. We've stayed in Blue Ridge GA, Waynesville NC, Hilton Head SC, and others. This property in Wears Valley certainly ranks among the best.

What We Loved

The Christian-themed decorations and books inside the property. We are believers, and we're always thrilled to support other believers. Thank you for the boldness of your faith and strength of your convictions to make them known in a vacation rental shared by hundreds of people from every walk of life.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities are perfect for a family like ours with our grown, married children, and their children (ages 7, 4, 2 1/2, and almost 2). They had a blast in the pool and playing in the gameroom.

The proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is also a wonderful perk. We enjoyed visiting attractions in both towns. This is a 5-star property in every sense of the word. All of us had an amazing time, and the property easily accommodated 8 adults and 4 children.

This home is beyond 5 Stars. We were lucky enough to stay here for a long weekend for a a Wedding at Epping Forest Country Club, but this place has enough space for a decent size event. The owners are so flexible and generous.

The home has all the modern amenities and the biggest private pool I’ve seen in a long time, next to an awesome hot tub.

It’s an incredible location, the sunsets are spectacular. There’s a huge back and front yard in a quiet neighborhood.

All the rooms have comfortable beds, clean linen, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No issues with plumbing.

There’s a huge game room on the 3rd level, which we used as another room for the kids. It’s has a huge comfortable couch, the AC worked well up there.

Each of the rooms had a private wash basin. Everything was so clean.

The kitchen was beyond fully stocked, lots of supplies. There’s a coffee bar area which is fully equipped. Fantastic outdoor grill as well.

There are local grocery stores nearby, a long with many other stores and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave.
