Over an hour wait, 1 person making online orders, etc. and very few customers in store. Mgr - Michelle comes out approx 40 mins later and was no assistance as a mgr. Several issues and tried to put the blame on us customers and corporate for their lack of knowledge, training and unsatisfactory customer service. Mgr was unsure how a gift card works, had cash register issues amongst other technical issues. I told her (Michelle) this would have never happened at Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mikes Subs or Starbucks to name a few. The competitors mgrs and leaders are empowered to make decisions concerning unsatisfactory customer service and we should have not had to wait an hour for fast food, this is unacceptable. We had not been to Subway since Covid approx 4 years and will not be returning customers since we were not valued, appreciated nor respected for patronizing Subways restaurant. My fiance' and I would occasionally order from this location because it's only 5 min away from where we live, so it's conveniently located, but after today I remember why we stopped ordering from here. We place online orders and pick up in store to avoid long wait times, but every time we order online at this Subway, they mess up the order and either leave 1-2 ingredients/toppings out, or do not follow how the sub was requested to be made. That's why we stopped ordering from here to begin with. They left out an ingredient on my sub, and the veggies were all shriveled up. My "veggie" sub was 90% bread. In the app I specified "more" in the options it offers because they always skimp on the veggies unless you are in store and directing them on how to make your sub face to face. It's very annoying. I hate to leave bad reviews but I'm not coming back to this location. The female manager wouldn't acknowledge me nor speak. But she spoke to all the non black customers in the store. The male who took my order refused to help me with my app. He said customer service would not help me, and that it's my fault and I need to check my phone data. I offered to put in my phone number because my app won't work to pull up my points. He wasn't going to let me do it but I put in the number. He redeemed the coupon but not my rewards.
