No signage to tell where you were. No one to direct you. When i finally got to where i was going, the guy at the desk ignored me and continued his conversation with his colleague, then someone else comes in after me and he directly starts helping her! I said hello I'm here, are you just gonna ignore me! He says she was there before and was just asking a question. So disrespectful! Like i didn't deserve his time and attention. I was livid but decided to keep myself together instead of sharing my thoughts. He lamely tried to act concerned about my obvious displeasure. Asking how's my day going? Blah Blah....

Worst ever. Dont disagree or publicly say you don't like the host of the morning show. If you do you get banned from interacting with the station on social media. If his feelings get hurt you are not who he wants to listen to the station. Don't worry buttercup, I hear you and I wont listen to the station anymore since you control their social media. I'll go up to 105.5 along with the other people you've treated...

I came to pick up tickets back in January for a prize I won on a Real Radio 104.1 show, The News Junkie. I happened to ride the elevator up with Moira from the Phillips Phile and it made my day! My parents have been long time listeners of the Phile(now me too!) and it was so cool to meet Mo! The guy at the ticket pick up window was awesome too. Looking forward to winning more goodies....
