Greenhouse Cafe — Restaurant in Maitland

I discovered this little gem today. I work right around the corner and couldn't believe I didn't know it was there! Placed an order for the whole office. Firstly, I had an issue where my order would not submit online, so I called. The woman that answered was incredibly understanding and she even allowed me to email the order to her. In the email, the details were cut off for some reason so she then called me back to verify everything. There are 7 people in my office and she got every single order correct! Not just that, but ALL OF US were just WOWED by the food!! OMG, sooo good! I only got a salad for myself, and even that alone was just amazing. Because of the issues with the online ordering, our order was put in only 30 minutes before closing and I felt so bad for that. The restaurant had no issues with this and the order was ready to go in 20 minutes. One of the employees here ended up missing an order of tots. We called back to see if we could swing by to get them as they are just around the corner and they insisted on delivering them to us! I am just FLOORED by how amazing our first experience with this place has been. Everyone in my office was so impressed by not only the quality of the service, but the quality of the food as well. Amazing cuban food, best in town!! The couple that runs the place are super nice and friendly. I'm Cuban and grew up with authentic Cuban dishes and this place reminds me of Mom's cook. They also have a full breakfast menu complete with authentic Cuban pasteries made right there, must have the guava pastelito. Today I missed the Foodsby order cut off time, so I called (because they're my favorite place to order from), wondering if they deliver through another delivery company perhaps... come to find out, they don't, BUT the lady recognized my order, asked for my location, and decided to personally deliver my order!
