I’m not much of a history buff, but I love visual history- especially infrastructure! The house was very cute and we were enjoying our visit, but it was kind of disappointing to learn that the state of the house is not the original… The house was used as OLD college student rentals before it was turned into a historic site. So its all original furniture just possible its not in the original position if thats the kinda thing that bums you out 😂 Also there were random buildings on the property that had nothing to do with the Goodnow house- they were just other old buildings the city decided to move right next to...

The best part about it was the Indian artifacts. Not a very big place however does allow you to take photos. Wasnt to impressed with the staff as far as wanting to talk and show you around.
