Pizza Shuttle Delivers — Restaurant in Manhattan

Just had a flashback from the 90's@ 12am in Colorado Springs, CO while trying to find a place to order a delicious pizza. The first thing that came to mind is that infectious commercial jingle that included the number (seeeven, seven, six, fiiiive, five, seeeven, seven CALL US NOW AT PIIIIZZAAAA SHUUUUTTLLEE! DUN NUH NAH!!) I will DEFINITELY remember that for the rest of my days. After that, the great memory of a hot, DELICIOUS barbeque chicken pizza with extra chicken, extra sauce and extra cheese completes a nostalgic look to the past. I recently visited the Junction City area on family business and missed the chance to stop in but as a former K-State alumni and "Gold Fork" employee, I look forward to visiting "Pizza Shuttle" on my next trip to the area because NOTHING will EVER replace the tastes or the joyess memories of the end of wonderful drunken party nights that that place creates. Stayed two hours in a parking space, instead of the one hour prescribed by the parking signs. Was waiting on my pizzas and heard the staff talking about my car. I fessed up, that was my car. The staff member then continued to shame and disparage me when I went back outside to wait on the pizzas. Apparently, he didn't realize my husband and daughter were still right there in the dining area. My daughter was nearly in tears because I hadn't moved the car and it was such a shameful thing. I so badly wanted to just get a refund and leave! Who treats customers that way!? There were other parking spots available. I certainly wasn't interfering with business. I usually love the pizza shuttle pizzas, especially the cream cheese sauce option .

We ordered the cream cheese pizza, but when we got it there was no cream cheese, at least compared to normal. We called to try to fix the situation, hoping to order another pizza with cream cheese because that is literally the only reason we get pizza shuttle but the woman answering the phone was inexplicably rude.

She said she made the pizzas and that we were wrong, regardless of what it tastes like. I'm sorry, but if I'm trying to pay you for another order you probably shouldn't accuse your customer of being a liar.
