Starbucks — Restaurant in Manhattan

Every single time I come to this Starbucks, the customer service is outstanding whether it's 5:30 am when they first open or when there is a rush at 11:30 am on a Sunday.

Today, I sat down to wait for a friend before I ordered anything. Then a different friend had called me so we spoke on the phone for about an hour. While I was on the phone, a barista here, I believe he was working the drive-thru as well since he was wearing a headset, came up to my table and left a cup of water and a straw for me (even though I hadn't order anything).

The conversation I was having on the phone was a tough one; one that had me go through a rollercoaster of emotions. The cup of water made it so much easier to deal with. Starbucks headquarters, I hope you will find a way to reward your crew at this location, especially the one working right now on Sunday, September 8th, between 10:52 am...

The three that closed 2/17/25 at night rude. Although different locations close at various times and the streets cut off customers can be unaware of business hours. No signs posted. Even though they saw me turned their backs to me and the manager slammed down the metal bar that keeps the drive through window locked. Then turn away again rather than simply motioning they were closed. Its extremely sad that people do not realize the customers are the reasons they are employed and have income. Or rather you never know who you are serving that may also be a business owner and remember your behavior should you need employment. I would not keep workers that engage like this and plan to follow up...

I come here often and the people working here are awesome. They remember me and my order and it just kinda makes my day. I very much like this location. I'd say every starbucks is a bit hard to get in and out of, but this one is a little easier than aggie. And the baristas are just, they're good. They aren't out of things often. Rarely. And they make their drinks right and consistent. The line moves fast. I'm used to planning on a 30 min wait, but I've never had to plan that far ahead with them. I appreciate that. 10 mins or less in a busy drive through? The peeps they got back there are...
