I am in the middle of a project right now, and I am very excited with how it is going to turn out. That being said, I really wanted to walk in...drop off my idea, pay a fee, and have them design it. After we'd been working on it for awhile I found out that for larger companies this is an option (I am doing an larger order). For college kids, this is a fun hour long project, but I am a momma with 3.5 kids. I want to patronize local Manhattan businesses, and hope that in the future, THREAD find a way to offer custom t-shirt design consultations, where the client doesn't have to stay for 1.5 hours. Again...the final design is going to be AWESOME, but I would have been happy to pay for design service to help me check off something on my to do list a bit more quickly and without needing to have someone else watch my kids while I was in the store.

When i got home I decided i wanted to go return my shirt, i tried to find my receipt once the back but the person forgot to put it in the bag i assume. So i head back there to return it that night and i get there and they are closing up i see. One of the workers was going to let me and but one of the workers at the register told him not to. How rude. So I come back in the morning to try and return it. The person at the register tells me, "All sales are final". I was never told this before I even bought it. My frustration is buying local, I'm hoping for a decent turn around. It's been 2 weeks as of today. I haven't heard any updates. The shirt order was less than 10. I think 6 total.
This is my 3rd or 4th time buying shirts for my business for clients. If they told me it's a two week then around I would politely order online for a better price with the same consistency if quality.
Im disappointed in the sign that says same day turn around on most orders. If I had a large order. Or they communicated id be cool.
