I worked at this place about 20 years ago and I still love it as much now as I did then. Many daily specials for bowling (see photos), discounts for league and KSU student bowlers. As for Covid times....I went across town to another alley tonight (because they had dollar night) and it was PACKED and nobody was wearing masks. I drove from Wamego to the west side of Manhattan and turned around and left after complaining to the manager about the situation. I then came to the good ol' Union. Pleasantly surprised: plenty of space to social distance, masks enforced AND found out it was $2/game, $1 shoes today. They also made sure to put us far away from others. Not going back to the other place now that I know the Union has many cheap nights AND is much safer! We came around 7:30pm and the $2 bowling started at 8, but we got that price all night. $21 included 6 total games, 3 pair of shoes, a Mike's Hard Lemonade, large drink (free refills), tax and a lot of fun!...

We had a great time. The staff of the bowling alley were kind and the facility was great. It was an environment where I would gladly bring my kids, but it was relaxed enough that having a few beers there was not problematic.
I highly recommend a visit here if you are in Manhattan. Great...
