I visited on 3/18/23. They look at you as if you donāt belong. One employee finally spoke because I had to cross directly in front of him yet they spoke to others as soon as they walked into the store. I wanted jewelry to attend a rodeo that night. No one offered assistance of any kind. I finally found a pair of earrings and proceeded to the counter. The clerk wanted me to wait. It looked as if she was doing inventory. However, a family was purchasing several items. They were continuing to shop. They had even more things. After waiting and figuring out what was going on, I informed the clerk of the social climate in the store and left the earrings. Her response was that she couldnāt allow me to skip. I didnāt want to skip just wanted service. Itās simple, have someone else check me out or you check me out. The family before was actively shopping and she was calculating with a calculator and not on the register. I wonder what she did for the next customer. She was really going to be awhile. Value all customers! You never know who you are serving. I worked in retail in college and salespeople left money on the table behind a ālookā. I can wait but that would have been ridiculous for earrings and there being other clerks...

I placed an order at about 10am this morning for about $150 worth of merchandise. I CONFIRMED and SCREENSHOTTED ALL the items because I NEEDED THEM TODAY like their website Promised. Waited all day until 4:30 and when my order arrived it was a SMALL PORTION of what I actually ordered. I called the store because itās IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with corporate, so the girl at the store tells me sorry, Tough sh!t, we donāt have one part another 2 parts were damaged and we sold the other to another customer that came into the store this morning before my order was pulled. Go figure huh? Btw ALL these items are available IN STORE at other locations!! So if I was informed, I couldāve just drove to the other stores. I have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars in merchandise from Bootbarn over the years. In fact I literally just purchased 3 cowboy hats from this same store a couple weeks ago!!! I will be returning the laughable merchandise they sent me and cancelling my order. This will be the LAST TIME I do ANY business with Bootbarn!! Iāll go ANYWHERE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give a zero star I defiantly would ordered two shirts in one same order online got my email confirmation that they were ready to be picked up so when I go to the location one, everyone is rude not one employee greets you, and second when they finally find my order they tell me only one of them is there which is fine I leave we all have busy days so I understand. A couple days later I call to check if the shirt has arrived and they tell me yes, so I go up there and same thing happens not one employee greets you or asks if you need any help. I was up in the check out booth and not one single person asked if someone is helping me or that somebody will be there shortly. Itās just overall rude and the whole experience just made me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this...
