The Manager NICOLE is terrible.....so I Ordered a pizza tonight. 1 large 2 toppings with breadsticks. Pretty simple order. And was quoted about 35 minutes for a wait. Came about right on time but when brought to my door there was one medium pizza box handed to me. When I asked where the other box was, I was told by the guy that he just delivers what he is given ( he was not in papa john uniform and appears to be with a 3rd party delivery). So opened the box and it is a special Hawaiian chicken pizza....definitely not what I ordered, pineapple on pizza, yuck. Lol. So I called the store and was informed the other person whose pizza I apparently got had also called. Was told they could give me a credit for my next order and I could keep what I got or they could send out the order again. So I might have delt with what I got and picked off the pineapple but my 8 year old was not having bbq sauce pizza. So I asked them for a refund for today's order and for it to be sent out asap. I was put on hold for about 2 minutes.....then a manager Nicole came on the line and I had to repeat the whole scenario again. Obviously it is annoying but getting the wrong order isn't the end of the world, you just expect for the mistake to be corrected in a kind and quick manner. So Nicole then puts me on hold and then comes back on the line and asks if I want my current order resent. I tell her yes and I would also like a refund since now I will have to wait again. She quickly goes "well I was going to give you a credit for next time but thats fine we will send it out" in a very rude annoyed tone. I asked her how long a refund will take and she says up to 10 business days. Okay whatever. I hang up with her but then realize I need to know about how long the new pizza will take. I call right back and she says "well since we have to remake you whole order probably about 45 minutes". My first order took less time than that so since I know it can come out faster I ask her if she can send it out asap since now I'm waiting double the amount of time. And she again with no caring or compassion. Says "well yeah like I said were making it again so probably 45 minutes". I think her tone and the way she acted so annoyed about the whole situation was ridiculous and was what made me upset enough to write this review. Again mistakes happen but in the food and service industry you need to understand sometimes its the way you talk to people. Never once did she say sorry or say we take responsibility for the mistake. Had Ordered xlarge with swirls and xlarge with works no meat xrta cheesz this was my initial order. Upon arrival asked manager how long it would take for them to make me an additional cheese pizza she stated 10 minutes I advised her if that's all it took was 10 min go ahead and make it but I stressed and advised only had 10 min to wait hhadtopicup grandchildren in Venus. She stated only 10 unpaid for all 3 pizzas. She had 2 other employees in the store upon my arrival. After 15 min another customer came in mgr waited on her. The she stated she had to go makemypizza. Advised her I couldn't wait as I previously advised her and I would just need the 2 pizzas ordered by phone over 45 MINUTES AGO..SHE STATED ONLY THE CHERSE ONE MY LAST ORDER PLACED AT THE STORE 15 min ago. Asked what happened to my 2 pizzas ordered by phone 45 mins ago. She THEN ADVISED ME THAT SHE IS CURRENTLY TRAINING SOMEONE NEW WHO COULD ONLY MAKE CHEESE PIZZA ON HIS OWN ADVISED WANTED REFUND STATEDSHE CANCELLED SHOUL BE REFUNDED 3 TO 5 DAYS...STILL NEVER RECEIVED MY CREDIT. CONTACTED CORPORATE OFFICE THEY STATED UPPER MANAGEMENT WOULD BE CALLING ME WITHIN 24 HRS. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL PAPPA JOHNS PIZZA FOR OVER 20 YEARS. Have ordered it many times and always get 1/2 The Works and 1/2 Five Topping. Tonight manager decided it had to be all the same for the special. Wow, have ordered many times before and even seen it worded on PapaJohn coupons Specialty or 5 Topping. Hung up and called PizzaHut. Got 2 Medium Pizzas - 1 Supreme and 1 with as many toppings as I want for $6.99 ea. More pizza, made the way I asked and only $2 more.
