Spring Creek Barbeque — Restaurant in Mansfield

I order from spring creek through Uber Eat, I used the menu that they provided to uber eats. I dis 2 lunch specials with 2 sides. Well on the uber eats app it doesn't say that this is a premium side If you get this side or that side. So seeing that this was my first and last time ordering from Spring Creek BBQ I called and told the lady that answer the phone that my order was wrong she said that you only get this and that. Well I keep telling her that on the app and the menu you provided to uber doesnt say that at all. Instead of trying to fix the situation and make my experience a little better you say let me put my manager on the phone. Manager Richard or Craig got on the phone and still trying to prove their point I get what your saying but I'm telling you what I order and what's on the menu that you provided to uber. However if you the order and seen what I ordered and it was wrong you should have called and said that the sides you ordered are premium sides so you dont get both. Like any other place that I have uber eats with but I guess spring creek bbq is better than that and dont care about their service

Btw the food was nasty as hell. Bland food bad customer service and over price bbq so spring creek thanks for living up to what everybody else says about your establishment. I know this is one bad apple but believe word of mouth is everything and I will make sure my friends and family want ever give you their money. Instead of the hastling over a side could have just fix it by apologizing and providing the side that we ordered. Oh and BTW I got the corp information and I have provided them the same...

Our issue with this visit was the quantities of meat on our sandwiches versus the cost to purchase them. We had 4 people in our party on 2 tickets. Two of us ordered the sandwich baskets, we both requested ham as our meat, the gentleman grabbed a small piece of ham & proceeded to cut 5 very thin small pieces of meat for each sandwich & which didn't even cover the bun. My daughter who also ordered the ham sandwich & my grandson had already gone through the line, paid & sat down. I asked the next gentleman working on the line if the amount of meat on my sandwich was normal to which he replied he could put some more on it, he took my sandwich & put 3 more little slices on it, still it was a joke in comparison to what you receive on sandwiches at most BBQ restaurants. I usually have enough left over for lunch the following day. The sandwich baskets which includes fries, for ham it was $13.95 but worth about $8. Prices versus portion at many restaurants today with shrink flation certainly isn't worth your hard earned money while they price gouge the customers for huge profits....

First time this restaurant in Mansfield I was disappointed. We spent over $100 dollars and first employee was rude rolling his eyes at my grandson as we walked up. He didn’t have that reaction to 3 different families ahead of us they were white he was kind and smiling. Anyway the cook gave us a hard time made is feel unsure. Then we order Mac and cheese girl told my husband they didn’t have none but she had some we saw it. Man ringing us up was waiting on us stopped ringing us up to help someone else get dessert then he says give them free 2 combination dinners then turns to help us with a bother look. I watch your employees for an hour and was disappointed I was hoping to be wrong. My experience was unacceptable and unprofessional speak to your employees about racism tell them we could see it on their actions and expressions. we just wanted to have a good dinner. I spoke to manager he said sorry can I get you a buy one get one free coupon?? I gave him my receipt and told him to speak to his employee and I don’t think...
